Agree. Our signings are not super but good enough to stay up. They are not for future except for Diakite. Still need time to establish ourselves in the PL.

Mark Hughes stated after the City game we will never be in this situation again as long as he's manager,......so if we achieve safety before the last game is progress and would be very welcome. I have said before we have to stay up, the new TV deal kicks in next season, which is a 71% payrise for each league position, and putting real figures to this the team that finishes bottom will be payed the same as City got for winning it last season

There is a very long way to go in this transfer window. We will sign further players as will our rivals so it is hard to gauge where we are in terms of how strong our squad is. I have to say though, with a couple more additions to the squad I think on paper we are at least a mid table team. I think you could easily pick 10 teams that will start next season with a worse squad than ours and with Hughes in charage for a proper pre-season and the feel good factor back we have every right to feel confident!
