    with HQ to be sold say for flats,wouldnt they have to be no higher than say original ground due to overlookin etc.Also wonder how much it could be worth and wonder if our owners will develop it themselves for a proffit

          if its on that site-not sure asbesdos would have been used on that build considering they has been banging on about its safety since the early 80's-not sure tho. know the old manager of the old dairy very well. he oversay the factory to make it the biggest milk producing factory in europe-will ask him about how easy it would be to clear.

            should be straight forward demolishing a smaller structure doing at work riddled with asbestos which is off a slightly older age

            a building like the old beeb would be a nightmare
