Luckily , by pure chance i will be in Turkey from the start to the finish thank god, i have never liked the olympics and i hate the fact that media, government and corporations are trying to make me interested by pretending that other people are interested.

Well obviously, but it's some more footy before the start of the season, so I'm going to watch it at least. And as there is a team there representing us, we may as well get behind them even if it is half-heartedly.

And it just seems an unnecessary distinction, if you're English, you're also British. People seem to get very worked up railing against it, when it's completely unnecessary. To me at least.

Well, I'm English, but British citizen is my legal status. But if you see yourself as English and British that's your choice mate. Each to their own.

One thing is sure. I'd NEVER support a football Team GB.
