I reckon Bothroyd will be offloaded or sent out on loan to the Championship. Also intrigued about what will be done with Heidar Helguson, his form for the first half of last year is definitely worthy of a place in the 25 and he did sign a 12 month extension just before he got injured. Reading between the lines though I think injury might have finished him.

Looking at your list there though there aren't really that many spaces left up for grabs. I think Hughes will stick with Derry, Smith etc for 1 more season, I suppose there is still some doubt if Dyer will be fit enough for a place in the 25.

There seems to be ongoing rumours on the Cardiff boards about Tommy signing for them, apparently he lives near McKay, don't know how accurate these rumours are though.

Yes another defender (Samba), another midfielder (Ireland) and 1 more striker.... and that would do it.... unless any in that 23 above are moved on.. they would need to be replaced also...

i thing helgason will be gone. we will be getting a few strickers in. he will be dropping quite quickly down the pecking order.

If you're the 'W12' who accused me not so long ago of 'talking out my ####' on the WATRB site when I said we should try for Warnock if we go down (you were right, I was wrong), I note that J.Barton is not in the squad. Are we writing him off until January, or has he left without any of us noticing?
