having spent many a Friday and Saturday in kilburn, punch ups are the norm .To answer your question, why do media consider Irish fans saints,it's simple ,the Irish fans have a great reputation of being fun loving people who will celebrate win lose or draw,we don't cause riots or get friendly games cancelled(or any games for that matter),Im personally very proud of our fansComment

Thing I dont get is all the Irish are supporting the Rooney's and Gerrards of this world when playing for their adoppted ENGLISH teams. why they dont help and support teams in Ireland which would be more beneficial to their league and their teams, instead of just trying to support fashionable teams? and I have nothing against the Irish as my wife is Irish. also not all Irish fans are saints as most countries have good & bad fans Maybe the anti English thing is they just feel inferior?Comment
