His record at other clubs is great... His goal scoring record for QPR and the goals he has scored are great.

I cant remember the last finisher we had like this... Mackie is the closest we have currently

220 career goals in 485 games suggests he is world class but ommision from the French national squad for the Euros suggests he isn't. Either way I think he's great and if he can avoid the red cards next season he could be one of the top scorers in the Prem.I'm really looking forward to a long uninterrupted run for him with plenty of goals.

Djib is in my opinion, a world class player.
He will bang in a few goals for us next season, of that I have no doubt.
Best striker we've had in a Hell of a long while.

He's not world class as he wouldn't get in any of the top teams in the world. But for a team of our standard yes he's very good!

Not world class no, that phrase is banded about to readily , but he still is a top finisher and can play at the highest level.

Not even close to world class for me.

He's a great finisher but his overall game isn't world class. If he was world class he'd be off to the Euros....

We have been screaming out for a jack in the box for yonks and now we have one of the best in the world. World class ? what is a world class striker ? someone who bangs in goals with any opportunity available. He deff has done that for us.

Define World Class.... Many have different interpretations of the theme. His record is generally supurb, but many would not have him classed as world class as they feel such players should be arguably the best in their positions in the world. He is not the best striker.

Others would consider a number the best players in their leagues as world class. In that scenario I would say he would have to be considered world class.

Bear this in mind, his goals / game ratio is prob about 1 every 95 mins, which is incredible. Looking at the top leagues, ie Prem and la liga, I'm guessing the only players close to that are Messi, Ronaldo, RVP and Papisse Cisse.... That's some company to keep.

When you then take into account the fact he's playing for QPR, a relegation threatened team playing poorly more often tha not and creating very few chances in games, the fact he's scored so frequently is remarkable. On that basis I would say he is world class because if in a top side he would score for fun.

Either way, nobody can dispute he's been in world class clincal form regardless.

I consider 'world class' a player who could walk into the top clubs in the world ie; Messi, Ronaldo, Ibrahimovic, Rooney, Aguero, Tevez etc. He is not anywhere near this category of player but is still a very very potent striker who doesn't need many chances to score like some strikers.

                          Love him.
I totally agree. Cisse is a level below them players, but I think were lucky to have him. Were not a big club, but he is a big player who is only 30, and has played for some of Europe's biggest clubs like Liverpool, Lazio and Marseille.

He's defiantly the best player we've had at Loftus Road since Sir Les. I can't wait to see more of him in a hoops shirt next season.

Its not a good post because an 8 game sample size is next to meaningless.
