  • Blackburn v Liverpool

What chance Liverpool put out a weakened side ahead of fA Cup Match at weekend? If they do Blackburn may be able to sneak 3 points putting us back in the relegation zone.

Not sure that will happen...so much pressure on Dalglish at the moment.

They could and should face the wraith of the FA, as per the rules.

Exactly. win our home games and we should be ok.

As for Liverpool, they are on the worst run for about 60 years and currently an embarrassment to their club, so i think he'll want a result and put a decent team out to try and have something positive going into the semi with Everton who are on fire right now.

Think he'll put out a decent side and say they are playng for their cup places.

              My thoughts exactly.
It's what any manager in his position should do as an incentive to get them playing again.

Agree with GF. Liverpool form has lately been cr@p and this match is a good opportunity for Daglish to get back into winning way to boost confidence ahead of the FA cup match.

I think there's every chance of them fielding a weakened team ( not that they have a strong side at the moment) at Blackburn what with their semi final against Everton on Saturday cant see them doing anything else? already in Europa cup regardless so not playing for a European place Prob no Gerrard Suarez Downing prob Sterling might get a run out for them

On a positive note..everton fielded a weakened team against Sunderland...I wouldn't mind the same outcome for the other half of merseyside!.
