Looking back it would never have been called "The Four Year Plan" if Sousa had been much more positive in his approach.

Very eye opening and a good watch. Amit is top man and without his calming influence i think we would really be in the mire now.... and to think many are currently bemoaning the fact we're in the prem and not in the relegation zone.

Flavio had the right intentions as desperate for results as we all were, but his man management and interpersonel skills were awful... also tried to get too involved. Telling GP to get a message to the manager to make subs " Go throught the physio if you have to".....

GP - clearly just a yes man for Flavio, or one that simply dared to question him otherwise he'd find himself out the door.

Warnock - The way it is shown with the league tables as they changed just highlight what a miraculous job he did, firstly to stop the rot that season and then to dominate the championship a few months later is incredible.

Mind you, it was a bad 4 years actually, how many managers did we have? how many players to we buy and sell?

It was a joke club in some respects, remember Paul Hart? he was appointed manager then sacked 4 weeks later.

The point is, they should had appointed a really good manager from day 1 and he could had got us promoted in half the time and built a really good side like the swansea and norwich managers.

I loved the bit in the fans meeting when Legs was asked how its been over the last 3 years with all the comings and goings behind the scenes. He says "Well to be perfectly honest its been an absolute nightmare..." before Neil has to grab the mic from his hand.

and is that when Legs was then loaned out straight after that???? Maybe after saying that Briatore forced NW to get him out of the club.
