Our Championship team would do better

We was all demanding new players but in hindsight reckon our Championship team would be doing better in the Prem

Most the team have no desire and the new signings dont look like they will do enough to keep us up

Hate to be negative but it is what it is

Not sure about that Dale....but we lost a team spirit togetherness or whatever it was when we signed new players.
The championship team would not give up and would it appeared run through walls for each other. Just my opinion

That Championship side lost 4-0 at home to Bolton. No point getting nostalgic. They were found out, simple as that. Problem was because they were so bad we needed an entirely new team and we either weren't quite able to attract players of sufficient quality to what was already a struggling club or they haven't yet gelled as a team. But bringing back Shaun Derry etc wouldn't be a forward step.

exactly right, they were sh**e in the prem. to many people being nostalgic about a team that in all reality, probably shouldnt have won the league last season....

but dont worry..Tarbs is goin to keep us up...apparently!!

Just aint seen the team spirit or desire from this current team and its game after game

Probably would still be getting beat with the Championship team but gets frustrating knowing these players can perform so much better but aint doing it when at least most players were giving 100% last season

Taarabt is still our best player after all our buys Brisbane, not great today but who was?

Dale, thats our problem mate..Tarbs is def our best player, even after this game; and he is a steady prem player at best on current form...
Just says that the rest were / are poor..

For the record i dont think he played that bad, but just aint going to score in the prem against better players. Maybe this is what he needs to make him realise how much better the prem players are and inspire him to figure out ways to beat them. i havent critisised tarbs for a while as i really do want him to do it for us, just we and he is running out of time fast.

                  Here's to hoping mate....

Eh what the same Championship side that got slapped 4-0 at home to Bolton the first game of the season. Wake up and smell the coffee fella.

tbh I am getting fed up of SWP and Barton. If we stay up, they should be the fisrt to sell.

Dale maybe it's to do with Neil taking the team on trips to Cornwall or taking new players to be veto'd by his Mrs we are missing.
I'm sure Cisse etc feel so left out not being able to be part of that.

You clearly did not go yesterday, the worst two players in orange were Kenny and Buzacky, both here last year. Neither had much ability or commitment and to be honest did not seem to give a t##s. In fact Kenny was even laughing after the third goal went in. As to Tarrabt he gave a typical away performance couple of nice touches but no end product summed up by a ball into the box in the second half where he could feel the challenge coming in but rather than take it simply jumped out the way, commitment? To be honest he did that on several other occasions.

Fact is we were lucky to get promoted last season several so called experts said it but many on here were too biased to see it, hence we had to replace whole team
                              and it is provindifficult
