Quality ball in and he swung at thin air. Sums his performances up. Say what you want about it - The ball was quality ( SWP ) , he should of scored and had he scored we would have more than likely won the game.

He was as he always is, terrible last night. A passenger. He might have touched the ball 4 times instead of the usual 2 over 90 minutes. But he still did nothing with it when he had it. Can someone tell me what he does to start? Please? Everyone around me last night asks the same question. He is nowhere near good enough yet he starts every week?

Well, had Jamie stuck that one away, would have been 3-1 to the Rangers, and game over for Villa.

Not saying it's all Mackie's fault, but he played his part.

When Mackie goes on another of his runs, does anyone else get the urge to scream "Run Forrest, Run!"?

Think i'd wet myself if he just carried on running and ended up in the Loft! Maybe they should try putting mirrors on his boots?

It was a difficult chance, as he was four yards out right in front of the goal, the ball was hit straight at him and would have required him moving his foot to hit the ball. Never easy for a professional footballer.
