The fire won't affect that much, if at all. That value is based on the land for redevelopment, not the property on it.

The Phoenix will rise from the ashes. Good opportunity to buy some land from a fire sale. 30,000 seater stadium on its way, just need another 15,000 fans to fill it.

the old building on the site is now, or was, used by small businesses eg car mechanics etc. Friends husbands business in there completely burnt out, all hes worked for is gone. So maybe a site for qpr but bloody sad for peoples whose livlihoods were there
