Glad he is here, apparently he is a very good defender but if we sign Samba or Alex or a quality striker I will sign your " 3 cheers for the board" thread.

Kron and Rebel: I'd heard of him - but I've never watched him.
I have however had a good look at the material available at he looks to be very good. Also - Lot's of people in the media saying he's real quality.
Who knows?
But that really misses the key point of the thread:
Thanks to the Manager and the Board for their efforts.

I have several friends in the land of frogs legs, garlic and onions and they are Marseille fans.
They have given me so much good information and reports of the player - and it is on good authority that he is as good as any defender currently in the EPL.
That'll do for me.#standuptocancer

Have seen him on a number of occasions in the champions league although not this season. he is a quick talented champions league level player with an absolute thunderbolt of a left foot shot
providing he is match fit he will have a significant impact, Not sure he is as good going forward as Troure but will give more solid structure to the back four
Excellent signing, I hope we dont get knobled by bigger teams in the summer but by then he will hopefully have helped us stay upits New Era number 8 i tell thee, bring on the fireworks

think he is a quality player and will improve the team just think there were more important positions to fill, Faurlin's replacement, Centre back and god forbid a quality striker....Traore at LB was good i thought and now maybe MH is thinking of moving him to LW which i think would work well but if we just end up with a new left back this window then no matter how good a player he is we will struggle big time to stay up.

Taiwo is considered a legened at Marseille. Integral part of a team that won 2 Championships on the trot, breaking a run of something like 6 titles by Lyon. A lot of other big clubs - including Arsenal and Liverpool - were chasing him when Milan got his signature. Obviously it's not worked out there but that's our gain. He is a huge signing.

Spoke to a Nigerian fella who I know from Fulham yesterday & he was purring about this fella. Said he is the b0llox & rates him one of the best LB's in world football.
Must admit I'd not really heard of him till I done a bit of reading up on him but he looks like he could be a massive signing. His long range accurate shots are meant to be mean.

Like most of you i had never heard of him either, but this is a definate Hughes style signing and if like some of his other signings over the year which quite a few of them i had never heard of either (Sambe, Santa Cruz) he has potential to be a star man.One for all.... and all for one

I couldn't be more proud being a QPR fan right now, thanks for everything Tony, Amit, Phillip, Ruben, Mark & his coaching staffUnder Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
And many more mistakes
LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO
