He probably said he'd join, then backed out. Rumours were that he'd all but signed from some very good sources. Players are mercenaries and nothing but employees but I don't think there are many that go into a negotiation just to get likes of PSG to sign them. If that's the way he is, then **** the brazillian chelsea fat *******. Hope he rots in the reserves at psg and john terry gives his wife a leaving present.
