Don't think that's the way to work. History shows that you have to change manager before the window and let him have some backing. Utterly pointless letting NW have the window and then sacking him. If that's what the club do, then they are amatuers.

There should be a very clear choice here - back NW, or replace him immediately. Not somewhere in between.

Agree with u, but his way of saying it and the timing for it makes a sacking after a couple losses more probable.

Yeah, he has to much invested in this little club just to walk away, or sell as he would take a massive loss. This is a big kick up the Rss for people within the club, and a real suggestion that he may step down and promote a new Chairman, but to sell? No way.

Is Fernandes part of a consortium? If he is and the members of it don't think he's doing a good job one of the other members would step in or appoint someone else as the new chairman. The title of the article makes you think he will just sell and leave but when you read it he mentions no such thing and quashes all rumors of money being frozen.

Ok, the article as put a spin on it to sensationalise the heading so people will read comments and discuss, which is what Talksport is all about.

There article is based on his tweeter feeds which we can all read, to me it says he is in it for the long haul not short term which means he is going to be around longer than this season. It states that he will put in as much effort as he can to acheive his goals, if not then he may have to pass over the chairmanship to someone else (please dont forget he runs one of the biggest airlines, and put in context they turn over billions and employee 100 of thouands of staff globally) so we wont be his priority 100%. He all so says that if people are not pulling their wait they will be let go which is a statement that every CEO of any comapny will make and quite rightly so.

Now we can all jump on the Talksport bandwagon and start creating panic amongst ourselfs and read into it a 1000 different ways which we qall can do. But we need stability and until we start trusting and stop jumping to conclusions this will never change, as the only other option we may force TF to do is stop tweetering as too much communications will soon start to have a negative effect instead of a postive effect.

when he talks about about noone safe and he would be first to step down, hes indicating to others around him that he has the decency to do it and would expect others to have the same
