I will continue to back any QPR manager as I always have done (except P Hart) but I fear NW will not last into March if we don't start getting a few points and quick. Still need 9 points by end of Feb IMO

I also want to back the man. Hate getting rid of managers, makes us look ridiculous.

However, he needs to drastically improve his game, and quickly. We had probably the easiest start to the season we could have hoped for with an ideal opportunity to pick up plenty of points. Some on here keep saying that they would have been happy with 17th right from the off. Having watched all the teams we have played against and seen how poor most of them actually are, that should have been an easy target to achieve. Unfortunately, due to his own mistakes and stupidity, he has put us in a position whereby each passing game creates more pressure for him and the team, making the task ahead harder still. He needs the backing of the board, but a swift kick up the backside from them too before he puts us all through more years of mediocrity.

I dont give a toss who the manager is, as I support QPR FC and not any individual, but yesterday Lambert changed a game with three subs and made Norwich stronger who went on to win (IMO, if he had not made those changes, I dont think they would have won, as he added fresh legs and pace).

NW on the other hand weakened his team by taking the best player off (Adel), who did not look tired or injured.

The problem with us at the moment is NW's teams selection, tactics and subs, not the players who do as they are told or they dont play.

Despite recent results and to the avarage QPR fan some bizarre tactical decisions I am going to stick my neck out and state that I back Neil Warnock to get this team of ours back on track

Most of us said he deserved this season in the Premier after taking us up including me so I am going to continue to back him and he will get 100% from this particular fan of QPR

Agree Isle! That defeat yesterday really hurt but Neil has targets in place let's see what we get in.

Agree. Obviously he could've done certain things better this season and at times he's pissed us off but watching the MOTD interview yesterday I realised he's hurting as much as us and I want him to prove the doubters wrong and I think he can

You and me should get up our own mini board,it appears most won't change their mind about him until we are relegated,and even then probably not!
