    Over the whole game we did play well but we were also very lucky, think the #### deserved the 3 pts I'm afraid.

        I was on the North Bank...on my way home. SWP blew it, Bothroyd disappointing again, Tarbs ordinary, Mackie invisible. We absolutely need reinforcements to stay in the league.

                Hard-working performance. Thought Traore did very well against Walcott, Luke Young very steady, Joey Barton had his best game for a while. Some of the ref/lino decisions were a bit bizarre. Great support as well.

                    agree with this, faurlin did well too and to be honest yeah he ****ed up but aside from that swp actually played alright.

                        I actually thought SWP was having one of his better games for us today up until that inexplicable pass which then obviously knocked him back

                            Thought we lacked ambition going forwards - ball not put into the box often another - even corners played short and possession lost as a result.

                            As with Liverpool away points there for the taking but seemingly content not to get smashed.
