I ask this because although he didn't have much time in Aug he did bring in some 'quality' or what we thought would be anyway...

Barton and SWP for starters seem to be playing average at best these days....

NW and his coaching staff are the blokes who are entrusted with getting the best out of these players and at present they don't appear to be getting very much out of any of them apart from HH and RC.....

Who's to say that they will get much out of anyone else who joins the good ship QPR???

I know we've played two top teams of late but against Blackburn and WBA we looked pretty ordinary for long periods and there have been other games where we've struggled...

Just posing a few Q's as if I'm honest I am starting to fear that NW is beginning to struggle and am also getting a bit fed up with some of the excuses that get trotted out week in week out or.. the tripe like describing us as outstanding against Liverpool because we only lost 1-0....

NW seems like an affable chap but am seriously worried that the rot is starting to set in....

Hope am wrong but I don't see us having the fire-power and or confidence to beat Sunderland.....
Are you sure you weren't a Blackburn supporter in a previous life?

Not concerned in the slightest then? Honestly? Fair do's to all of you who have 100% confidence but I am starting to worry that confidence amongst the players is very low and that we are starting to show the signs of a team in freefall...

Just hope that there are 3 teams worse than us...

Very much hoping that I am proved wrong but a lack of a killer instinct and or creativity seems to be showing up alarmingly at present.... as well as too many players under-performing....

One thing many people forget is the massive jump it is when joining the Premiership. The likes of Gorrks, Orr, Mackie etc did a great job at Championship level but will always struggle at PL level. Orr and Mackie are okay to start in certain fixtures but really they are both good as back up. I would take Gabbidon over Gorrks every time as he reads the game better and has PL experience (even if West Spam did go down!)

When we last enjoyed sustained success at this level we had a squad with such players as Sinclair, Ferdinand, Sinton, Bardsley, Wilkins and previous to that Wegerle, Samson, MacDonald all who played at the highest level, and all who represented their countries, today we have a squad put together in 5 minutes and have maybe one international of note. NW and his team will build a team to compete with the Man U's, Arsenals of this world but it takes time and a lot of money, money TF may not have. We as fans must be realistic and not expect too much, freak results like the one against Cheksh*t will happen but not every week.

NW and TF will do us proud come January, but even then 16th or 17th is only realistic. Remember no matter how bad Blackburn, Wigan, Bolton, WBA are, they have been here a lot longer than we have, and we should not expect to beat any of them.

              In Warnock we must trust
22nd February away v Charlton is the 40th Anniversary of my support of QPR and my first game. Away v Chelsea 3-3 23rd Feb 1974. 40 years of pure magic!!

It is always a bit of a balancing act, wait to long and it can be too late and the new manager has neither time or funds to change things round in time. Act to soon and well the grass isn't always greener.

Fact is Warnock, whilst a wealth of experience and success in the lower leagues has only one season in the Prem and that was a relegation. However optimistic you are there must be doubts over his tactics and selection and seemingly players who started well in there first few games now look poor and uninterested.

There is also some on here talking about problems behind the scenes which maybe they should share so we can all see it as it really is before deciding which camp we sit in.

If he's the man that manages QPR then he's the man to buy the players! All you lot with your knives out second geussing the next manager should be ashamed of yourselves! Yes we shouldve picked up points here and there so what we didnt move on! We are still in with a real shout the table is so close! With Bolton and Blackburn in freefall and other notables ie Swans and Naarich yet to slip we have a gr8 chance of survival! Show a bit of christmas cheer and plz back our manager cos at the moment he needs unity!

Good post, as has been said maybe we should have picked up 3 points v Blackburn, WBA, etc but if it was that easy we would all be football managers
it's what makes football exciting not knowing if there will be an unexpected result.
On the flip side don't some on here realize that Blackburn, WBA, Everton, Stoke etc might be saying the same about us?

Not just yet, lets see the comings an goings in january, the tactics/team selection etc and if nothing changes then we have to keep our options open,no good waiting untill the end of the season if we're in freefall, because by then we would have nothing to lose....

Neal Warnock can be trusted to get in the right players, playing them in their most effective position............. is another thing.
