    I am not as niave as I might sound here but, if he doesn't fit into the new system, I really understand that!!....He goes forward, loses the ball and does sod all to get it back...yes that doesn't work against Man City, Man Utd, Spurs etc...but against Norwich with a depleated squad?....He'd be in his element!!....He's obviously not available for selection is he?

                  Think its harsh to say he hasnt put in the effort, ive only watched on TV but the problem for me has been 99% execution 1% effort.
