without getting involved with your tiff with funky.. i thought id read an article where faurlin pays tribute to paladini for coming to QPR and not magilton/gorman..

either way im sure all 3 of them got him here..

regardless that.. he's here, he's ours, he is very valuable to us!
Soldier: "im on reconnaissance sir.. im looking for our camouflage expert.. have you seen him?"
    Lovejoy: "No?!"
Soldier: "GOD DAMNIT THAT GUYS GOOD!"

Gaz your bang on the money.

Faurlin also made public the fact that Gianni bought him to the football club at the Player of the Year two years ago.

      Top man and classy player.

          Under Les Ferdinand:
Luke Freeman, top assists in the league: 4million
Alex Smithies, great goalie for this club: 3,5million
Charlie Austin, 19 Premier League goals: 4million
Jack Robinson: Contract ran out, left for free
          And many more mistakes

LES FERDINAND, IT'S TIME TO GO

Don't forget English players are attracting a big premium. Sure Ali's value must be increasing with every game but lets keep some perspective.

he's probably worth around the £8-10m mark, would i sell him for that amount? not a chance! after a full season in the prem showing what he could do, maybe u could another £5m. would i sell at £15m? not a bloody chance!!!

thank you. if an established team like villa struggled (by their standards) when getting right of milner and barry - imagine us without Ali...

Some great points guys, but if one of the big boys comes in we will have to wave the white flag and wish him all the best.

The fact is I think Faurlin would not look out of place at one of the big boys who must be impressed by him.

I would not blame him for wanting a move if say Liverpool or Spurs came knocking but the price had better be bloody good.

Our need at the moment outweighs any offer that would come in in January.

It would break my heart to see him leave, one of my favourite players lets hope he likes it in London and Uncle Tony can offer him an improved contract.

Well if you knew Funky through the years as a poster you'd know he liked to loiter around GeePee after games and climb up his orifice at every opportunity.

                                In answer to the OP;

IMHO he is, at this very present day, worth approx £10Mill. But, if he continues to play as he is at the moment (which will inevitably get him an Argentina callup- even if only in a Friendly) his value could quite quickly rise to £20Mill.

Relativley young, best years ahead of him and extremeley talented.

When compared (as somebody has said already on this thread) to Jordan Henderson being bought for £20Mill it really does make you think he could be worth an awful lot of dough soon!

Fingers crossed we dont sell up; not yet anyway.
