.....spot on......hate some jumped up little muggie jobsworth 'manager' trying to tell me what to do...what time to eat.....when to go home...........f.....uck that ol palarva..........i enjoy being my own boss and my own destiny............have two chaps working for me full time and they will concur im a 'boss' like no other.......i respect them as tradesmen/friends and trust them with my life............my loyalty to them is reciprocated!!

Unless you have a BEng, MEng or CEng behind your name the only thing you are is a Technician at best ATAF
