It's going to take a few years because of the mess that FB left us in. We've got some players that might not have been signed because of the transfer deadline. Then if we're near the bottom in january, that could affect signings too. It's not that easy as has been said before to get good players to come to us at the moment. Patience.
We can't have everything, NW does play to attack and more attack, except we haven't got the quality yet to pull it off better.Comment

Yes!....He started off in the Prem with a weaker first 11 than last season and still got an away win from the 1st three fixtures.....He then was rushed into signing players and missed some that he needed/wanted.....several injuries already (Dyer, Gabbidon & DJ). Some baffling referee decisions have cost us too! .....Yet he's still got us sitting in 11th with a promise of more players in January! What's wrong with that?Comment

Good manager, got us here so massive respect, but I'm concerned that the pressure is getting to him due to the poor excuses given recently for our results, especially the 'fans forum gave our secrets away' episode, which was frankly pathetic.
Formations, selections, have received general critisism, and he appears stubborn and single minded which will make him a hero or zero, so he needs to be careful.
There are not many better managers, but he needs results or the pressure and strange decisions will get worse.Comment
