With or without his attitude, as it makes a massive difference and its only NW that would accept it and Adel can be as fit as he likes, but SWP will always be the top dog if in the same team.
Most likely, yes. IŽll give you that.QPR

IF taarabt goes, we have to sign someone to replace him. I like Buzz but he isn't a player to build a mid-table PL side around.Originally posted by qpr1882 View PostIt COULD be a good thing. Buzsaky can do his job, but with better passing, set plays, mentality. Ok he doesnt have the skill or the general presence that Taarabt has, but he hasnt done much this year except nearly curl one in against Villa, yet he has started tracking back more and tackling.
I don't think it would be all bad. If he wants more money he can go and sit on the bench where no-one will put up with his strops.
Taarabt for us is a luxury player, Buz can do the same job, with pros and cons to the swap.

Fact is we wouldn't of been top 6 without Taarabt. Take his goals and assists out of our team and we were 8th at best. Call it how you like, but I'll go on whats in front of my eyes.Originally posted by paulmason View PostOH PLEASE... you don't really believe that bollowks your peddling do you ? as the players, management and fans thought the Paddy Kenny was a major reason we were promoted as well and dont forget Derry, Hill, Mackie, Routledge, Faurlin................... Yes he was a contributing factor, but he was not the only factor.
Its quite funny that you advise Matty to lay off the drugs, when you say stuff like that as you must be stoned.
Kenny was superb last season and got my vote. Take nothing away from him there, but if we as supporters never knew that Taarabt was going to the Championship Player of the Season award then he would of won it hands down.

Of course he can be. All that has happened is a few players have come in probably earning more money than he does. Doesn't mean anything. If Taarabt shut his mouth and let his feet do the talking then he will be the top dog.Originally posted by paulmason View PostThe simple fact of life is he is no longer the top dog like he was last year.

Exactly. Just because he's outspoken people turn on him. Like NW has always said you can sit there and slaughter him for all the things he does that are bad or you can sit there and watch what he does that are amazing.Originally posted by Shania View PostBottomline: letŽs keep Taraabt and forget his strop for now and move on. He is a far too important player for us still.

Must admit Dazzer I voted differently after I knew Adel had won the league award.

Exactly. I'll take nothing away from the squad last season as the league is won over 46 games, BUT as I said take Taarabt out the team and we was mid to top half of the table side at best. The squad was solid but not great, he simply was fantastic something which the vultures seem to have forgot! Yeah he's got a chip on his shoulder, so what. I'd rather him at the club I support than somewhere else.Originally posted by QPRDave View Post

I think if people think back to last season,no matter who's board you went on everybody used to say we were a one man team.Of course they were wrong we all know that, but he was the difference between us and them.Loads of em would #### him off,or say "stop Taarabt, you stop QPR" but every single one I read would have him at their club.
As I say didn't vote for him because I thought so many players did so well for us last year,I wanted others to get some credit.

Krancjar was class for two seasons at Portsmouth. And yes a bench warmer at Spurs - for Modric, probably the best player in the same position in the Prem.
Fact is Buzz was a bit part last season in the Championship and the season before played most of it was good in parts, bad in others, had many games where he drifted out of play. Since he's been injured he's lost a yard of pace.

Sometimes I wonder when people start threads like this are they just looking for a bite, maybe a bit bored because there is no football this weekend...I say this because there is no way on this earth that could someone fail to forget that we have been promoted to the Premier League and a player who was not deemed good enough to start in our push for promotion could suddenly do a job now.Originally posted by qpr1882 View PostIt COULD be a good thing.
