I don't see the point in discussing who could replace him as i would like him to be here for years to come if his tenure so far is anything to go by. Nobody knows what the management situation across the league will be by then so impossible to answer.

I would want him to stay for as long as possible, but when he goes ( and he will eventually) I would love to see Ollie given a second chance. His passion, his belief in Rangers, the bs&t he's given for us as player and manager would make it a dream for me..Comment

This is a forum so yeah this kinda thing is fun to discuss. better than the moaning.
If he retired in 2 years then I'd like to think we'd be in a strong position to attract whoever we wanted (within reason). I like the idea of someone who would try to continue his good work, and build the club. Like Moyes and Ferguson have done with their clubs. I quite like David Moyes actually. Think he has done an amazing job at Everton. Owen Coyle is a strong manager, but needs another couple of years I think before he is in the same category as Moyes. Shaun Derry would be great to have on board, but I think he'd probably need to cut his teeth elsewhere first.Comment

Queens Park Rangers manager Neil Warnock has revealed he may be tempted to stay beyond his current contract and put off his retirement plans - provided he gets the right results.
The 62-year-old had previously indicated that he would retire when his current contract at Loftus Road expires in 2013.
Now it appears Warnock would consider extending his stay at the London club and rebuild the side with the help of new owner Tony Fernandes.
However, the former Sheffield United boss acknowledges that he would only be allowed to stay at the club if he gets positive results, which would include keeping them in the Premier League.
"Results will determine my career," Warnock told West London Sport.
"You just don't know in football. You don't look too far ahead really. I'm just going to enjoy the moment.
"I want to try and build the club - that's my challenge - but results will determine whether I get that opportunity or not."Comment
