Paladini was(is) the chairman of the football club and has been involved in everything for seven years or more as well as being probably the most argued over person in the history of the club

This site is becoming a bit of a George Orwell parody. Are individuals not allowed to post or discuss something simply because it might not be of interest to others or a "claimed" majority?

There are plenty of posts that dont interest me but I simply dont read them or glance at them. Because I drive to games do you see me having a pop at people posting about train travel or the LSA coaches, of course not

Members have the right to discuss things that interest them and are QPR related provided they dont break the policies of the site and of course other members have the right to post thier views on the matter or choose to ignore the thread completely but telling others what not to discuss is a bit of a liberty (or actually an attempt at restricting liberty!)

Has anyone said he cannot ask the question? No. Some have questioned why, as they feel it's not too much of an issue.

Of course people can discuss what they want within the rules. And I for one have not told others what to discuss or not. I was simply asking the question as to why, when there have been numerous threads about what is happening with him, we need another new one as opposed to adding to the others.

What I just cannot get to grips with, even now, is the hate for one individual. Perhaps we could start a thread on why he is seen as so divisive, because that would indeed be interesting. Although I feel that as is so often the case, facts will get overtaken by personal opinions gained from reading those of others.

For the record, I have no strongly held views on him either way, particularly now. And despite being in place when we returned to the Premier League, for me, Briatore has much more reason to be disliked. Regardless of "saving" the club, he just gave the impression of being an uncaring, arrogant and odious individual with almost no respect at all for the likes of you and me.

Exactly right, everyone has the right to discuss what they want on here, but who exactly has told anyone "not to discuss it"....? Nobody has said it shouldn't have been discussed that i'm aware of.

Jeffro, you post the subject up and then seem take it personally when anyone has a difference of opinion, or less interest in Paladini than you may have. There's nothing wrong with that, and they are entitled to add such comments to the thread as it's related to the topic in question, ie Paladini, so are perfectly valid.

You then say others are dissecting it, which in fact appears to be exactly what you're doing to every other post from someone less bothered than you. They aren't digs against you, simply a different opinion, like there is in pretty much every thread on the board, regardless of subject matter, so i fail to understand why you're getting so worked up over it.

Paul, as ever I'll give you an honest answer.

For me, there seems to be far too many threads about him, when existing ones could easily be added to. Not just on him by the way, it happens on other things too. Jeffro can be as obsessed as he likes for all I care, I was just interested to know why.

I really do not know why moderators say they don't care, if indeed that is the case. I can only assume that they are in the majority of people that genuinely do not care.

You yourself have come in for some rather harsh and unfair treatment from other members of this site regarding your views about one particular player.
God knows how frustrating it must be to have people constantly having a pop at you and throwing insults at you, for your genuine opinions about him and how stupid you are for not realising how good he is. From where I was sat, you were repeating time and again how talented he is, what a star he could be, but all many were interested in was picking up on the phrase "two-ball", and running with that. (Or them )
