        It is but it's wholly owned, not a plc. Chelsea Village, as envisaged by Bates when the ground overhaul was complete, no longer exists.

          I am quite surprised by the way opinions change amongst QPR supporters (ok i am not) before fernades took over there was a hell of a lot of bugger off hasnt got enough money, cant be trusted, etc etc and now because we have signed joey barton and dropped ticket prices we are being told by posters that they have total trust in fernandes and nothing should be questioned

          I dont think there is anything wrong with someone asking questions about how expenditure is being funded and whether it will be sustainable or not, These are exactly the questions that should be asked of owners, For me its much more important that QPR supporters have a club to support in 20 years time than whether or not we can get Scott Dann before the transfer window closes.
