Good becasue the sort of money West Ham seem to want for him is vastly over the top for a player of his age as there will be no recouping anything at the end of the contract as it will be his last.

They are playing on the fact he was ridiculously awarded the Writers award ahead of countless better performers last year, and believing the hype. He is good, but certainly not great and not worth more than £5m imo.

Not dig at you, apreciate passing on what you read, but personally, I think im going to believe Warnock when he says we made 1 enquiry over what a paper prints. I highly doubt we will be seing Parker in a hooped shirt anytime soon.

As I thought, just TF helping out West Ham by getting the ball rolling for other clubs, I don't think we ever expected to get him just TF helping out the club he supports, no problem with that as long as it doesn't affect us and his loyalties are always with us whilst here.
If he doesn't come here I hope West Ham get their asking price.

It was actually SSN that reported it in the mail. Ya know the transfer rumours bit. Probably nothing in it. Or Warno is being coy. I said in the beginning that i wouldn't pay more than 6.

I have a terrible fear that we'll not be getting our 1st choice targets anyway. We need to become attractive again. Still under the cloud of Tango and Cash at the min. Could have to wait til Jan. Hope not.
