100 people buy a seat at 20 pound = 2000 50 buy 1 pound burger and 2 pound program = ,2150 pound
150 people buy a seat at 15 pound = 2,250 75 buy 1 pound burger and 2 pound program
= pound 2475
simple maths of increase by capacity by 25 percent and reduce tickets by 25 percent to make this more atrative ie bums on seats,
many times i have wanted refreshments at loftus road but the que stops you from the effort so this needs to improve plus poor facilities so i am with Dazzer on this,
also reading have a hotel and pub attached that bring in extra revenue !!!Dyslexic so please don't feel the need to correct my spelling mistakes as I really don't give a **** and before you say use spell checker if it is spelt right / wright but not in context spell check is useless

You said earlier that we no longer own LR, and I thought QPR Holdings did own it, but it was used as security gainst a loan by Flav and Amit company I believe? Last I heard the value of LR was about £21 or 24 million?
I think we need a benefactor, as opposed to an invester. TF probably isn't ideal with his fortune, but the Mittals could be. Stadium/Hotel/Apartments/Shopping complex to cover the build costs maybe.
I heard that the Spurs plan that they had before the Olympic stadium row was being resurrected again. Looked really good.
Number of avenues being worked on by Spurs ref stadium developments. A number of very interesting meetings over the past couple of months.

Have to admit, not 100% sure though - will need to look at the accounts but they're as clear as mud. In any case significant monies are still owed for refinancing packages as a result of the ABC loan.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.
I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.
We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Sunk costs - you will never recoup your entire financing in the short term. Has to be a long term view.
Depends on location. Reading's hotel, conferencing and bar facilities are a monumental gold mine. Or you can do what Chelsea did and tender the hotel to the highest bidder to name and run (Millenium Copthorne).
A hotel/stadium complex with an enabling development within a 5 min drive of say the M40/M25 junction would pay for itself very very quickly

Have a look on here at locations, I'd say 75% of QPR fans no longer live in the local area but instead commute to games.
I love W12, but the fact is, if we can't afford to stay there at the same time as growing as a club then we need to move on. And yes I would like to stay as close as possible to our current location but don't think it will be the worst thing in the world if we were to move slightly out of central London where there is a larger untapped fanbase. A new complex with an Academy, new training facilities and a new stadium along the A40 would be great. Would be a massive boost for the club. But as Nodge says, I guess some people are too scared of change....
I'm a realist, I understand the finances involved for relocation, the time it would take to construct a new stadium from feasibility to kicking the first match ball. I also recognise the importance of Shepherds Bush to the identity of the club.
The sort of costs involved in pursuing such a project are astronomical and it is laughable reading threads like this comparing us to the likes of Swansea. I'm pretty convinced we will playing at LR for the foreseeable future, so rather than moan about it, embrace it, its a fantastic stadium full off proper football fans.
