    Routledge signs for Swans

Swansea City have made their second signing in as many days after finalising the transfer of Newcastle United winger Wayne Routledge for an undisclosed fee.

Real shame as we wanted him, he wanted to come and our board refused to pay.

Same old story. We could have used the Faurlin fine money to pay his wages....ever thought of that one FB?

I think wayne is an ok player but I wouldn't say I'm that disappointed.

also have posted before, he himself said he couldn't agree personal terms, nothing to do with the fee.

Our 3rd best player last season behind Adel and Kenny.

Only pace we had in the team. Now got Ephraim and maybe Puncheon to replace him. Squad is a lot weaker without him.

You make it sound like it's all his fault that he didn't sign for us. Warnock has stated that he wanted to come, so my guess is that the board did not want to pay the asking price. It wouldn't be the first time. As for his wages, you really have no idea what he's on, unless you are his agent ofcourse.

Doesn't quite have enough negativity if you leave that bit out though mate.

Ahead of Derry, Faurlin, even Kyle Walker who was outstanding during his loan spell ???
