If you look at the period between the first day of the transfer window opening (June 1) and first day of season (August 13) then today we are exactly one-third into that period.
I do not give a monkey's about what we've done (or not done) thus far in the transfer window and am content there's plenty of time yet.

Is this true?....How have Swansea and Norwich done their deals??....Are they just informal agreements to sign in July?....Serious question by the way!

Also, I agree with a few others, as long as money is spent eventually, what's the rush?...If you go shopping and buy the first thing you see, you'll no doubt see something you'd rather have bought instead in the next shop!!....A few Prem clubs will release good quality players that can't quite make their 25 man squad...I'd rather have a few of them than gamble on lower league punts. In Warnock I Trust!!

Yes, just pre-contractual and gentlemen's agreements until the player registrations can be done on July 1st. I don't even know if they are legally binding, but with a smart lawyer they would probably be very hard for either side to break.
So no-one has actually moved clubs yet, in terms of player registrations -- all they're doing is lining them all up to go through next Friday.
We might even have done the same, and just not publicised it -- we won't know until Friday.
