Indeed it wasn't but if it had been brought to the attention of the secretary and the legal bod they would have they would have felt it necessary to bring it to the attention of the FA and the FL and that would have held up the transfer.

Come on admit it someone ****ed up. Some one put us fans through hell for months and someone sullied our promotion in the eyes of many fans of other clubs.
