    Half way down:

    Its b.loody long.

Negilance seems to be an accusation from the FA.

As I said, puts pay to many theories.

I spent the whole of last season saying it wasn;t Gorman who spotted Faurlin, and told in no uncertain terms I was lying. FA clearly show Gianni watched the DVD and went out to Argentina. Thats the point I am up to, if that helps

Not sure if it would have been the same Legiterwood/Derry in midfield, but we will never know
You haven't really answered the question though mate.

This isn't a hypothetical question, this actually happened.

GP could have done a lot, he could have shown the comfort letter to the secretary or the clubs legal rep. He didn't though did he?

Did it cost the club dosh? Yes it did. Can you not see that there is a major difference between backing the club and backing a mate????????

          GP isn't the club......

So it is fine for you to tell us the truth but for the club to lie to us when it suits them.....

Thanks for clearing that up mate.....

Funnily enough given your record some used to believe what they were told by the offy rather than what they heard from you on here.

Thanks to the FA for clearing that up though.....

From what I can see it cost the club £800,000 odd and this is where the relevance to Faurlins value of a player is of interest. he is worth more than that now. Yes, we could have let him go after the first year and fogged him off, but we kept to verbal agreement to improve his contract after the first year.

Yes it cost us, but clubs have been deducted points all season across leagues and if the FA felt we did anything underhand or lied, we would still be in the championship.

haqpr1963, I need to get back to reading the FA findings, its an interesting read

                  Charge 7 against Gianni Paladini

the Commission had no hesitation in dismissing the Charge against
                  Mr. Paladini.

Indeed, grasping at straws there mate.

Why did we get an £875,000 fine?

                    Who was responsible????

Some make you believe we have a list of mal-administration before and people were incompetent.

                      The FA beg to differ

The hitherto unblemished disciplinary record of the Club in relation to

                          Have you finished it yet?

We aren't talking about previous stuff. We are talking why the club were fined an FA record £875,000, why the fans were put through months of hell and why our club has now had it's name dragged through the mud.....

The FA’s investigation that led to the Charges being brought was instigated by
the Club’s voluntary disclosure of the TPI and its wish to regularise matters.
                              HAqpr1963

You also make the point that faurlins value is not relevant, but the result of the FA findings make this the pivotal reason why they gave the fine

                              - so much so,
that he was named the Club’s player of the year - and adjusted to life in England, the
Commission considered that his likely market value would have increased to
approximately £1,000,000. On that basis, the added value in the Player, or accrued
                              benefit, was £800,000.

The exact reason why QPR were charged £875,000 was because the FA valued the player at that price after being Player Of The Season 09/10 and being with us for 2 seasons.

This "comfort letter" addressing the Farulin situation after a year seems a matter of neglect on Gianni's part, but it was not a legal document.

I do not see a charge being passed onto him by the FA in regards this matter?
