Delon Armitage he's QPR through and through. Im going to ask him if he wants to be in my new QPR firm. It would only be two of us but it would work out nicely cos I just stand there giving it all the barry then when someone has a go he can sort it while I run off.

Athlete was Dave Bedford, saw him break the World 10k Record at Crystal Palace on a Friday night, took it apart. Been involved in the London Marathon for years.
