Dont believe this. If it was true that the FA cant take away points after the Leeds game, it would be plastered all over the news right about now. They just had a sports lawyer expert on ssn, surely he would of said it if it was true.

14.A.2 refers to sanctions solely relating to an Insolvency Event.

As far as I can see the Third Party Ownership Regulations detail what is illegal but not how it will be dealt with, let alone in what time frame.
