He makes some oustanding points does our Tony. I'm sure there was many off us who realised The Sun could not print that headline, but it has taken a true Rangers fan to use his position on a national Radio programme as a soapbox to make his point.

I would love it if Tony Incenzo was the catalyst for getting our case thrown out!

We could rename the School End in his honour!

My son is 1 year old next month, he would probably make a better fist of it. At least he couldn't land us in court as he can't speak yet!

You can't tell me that our lawyers didn't read the sun report on us and did nothing about the fact the case has been compromised and how can it be delayed, surly it has to be thrown out.
              They seek him here.................

Independent hearing, four people and two of em are from the fa, that dont seem very independent to me.

The QC can make the decision to dismiss the case -- same as in any court case.
The trouble is that the FA investigation team believe that there is a case to answer to and that is why the club has been charged. In addition and in the absence of any coughing up of the Sun's source which will not happen, the FA will say that there has been no briefing to the press and no decision has been made which is partly true. It is up to the club and the legal team to present a defence as to why the charges do not stand up to inspection. The one that will is perhaps in regard to the agent.

The legal team may try to ask for the charges to be waived, however the downside of that is that the team risk implying that the external QC is tainted and not capable of acting without bias. It will be seen as a ploy to avoid the charges being heard. Not a clever line to take and the charm offensive must be to present a case that gets him on side and not in a bunker. Far better to seek documented assurances regard no prior discussion, guidance given or any other formal or informal contact from the FA Committe and its investigation team. The QC will not have the power to throw out the case, that will require the majority of the other appointees to agree. If he or she feels that there is a process in play that undermines him or her or is so flawed they will withdraw. They earn far too much money from their other Chambers work to risk their reputation.

                            In English

The Sun is more powerful than the FA

Laksmi & Bernie are more powerful than half the planet if they wanted to be

(i havent read the piece..all i know is that if our owners want to win,we will do)

In plain English, QC cant throw charges out, does not have power to do so and is wrong tactic. The rest explains why this course of action is plain dumb and designed to get the backs up of the people you want to hear your case fairly. Is that plain enough. I would like to think the legal team are sharper than that and have a better line up on the defense, otherwise it will go #### up.
