Very interesting interview with Tony Incenzo on Talksport today...
he says about how if this was a murder case.. no newspaper would be allowed to say the words: "guilty". so why are we being called guilty by a paper, when nothing has even kicked off? and thus reckons it will be thrown out. as the law stands, company/individual/whatever.. innocent until proven guilty. QPR heard incenzo say this on talksport and QPR contacted him and are doing something about this situation.

incenzo said on friday that if this was a murder case no paper could say anything. and we got tarred with the guilty brush before the hearing. thus breaking the fair hearing law. and QPR heard this and are likely to have contacted whomever is in charge of the hearing to say you cant say we're guilty and that the hearing we will get is not fair. remember in this country its innocent until proven guilty.

It is a very interesting interview! I am sure the lawyers will have a case, we may hear something tomorrow eh? We could then all get on with our lives and really look forward to Saturday. Goddard, I am now following your twitter page!
Surely it can be thrown out now at any time, if the charges are shown to be without substance, or evidence can be countered with better evidence from our lawyers, or the case is shown to have been compromised or prejudged.
The QC can make the decision to dismiss the case -- same as in any court case.
