Kind of deflated, with all the big names that were being bandied about the past while. There would, for me at least, be little of the excitement and anticipation of a new manager taking over the helm. It feels already that the R's are doomed to another mid-table effort, spinning their wheels without going anywhere. Flav and crew really have to take a look at the way they run the operation and not try to get to get to the "promised land" on a shoestring.
