Not all things are a simple question of money. You could go up to Cheryl Cole and ask her how much would it cost for a turn; and I don't think you would get what you were after no matter what you paid (no aspersions intended on your attractiviness etc...).

Look at manccienne,hes been out on loan fr waht 3 years now and they havnt sold him.So why not try for at least season loan.And then again for next season.
