Well if its Hall it doesn't matter he'll be injured in no time what so ever so that will be the end of that.

I'd give it to Derry as he sounds like a guaranteed starter under Warnock

From what I saw Friday, it should be Kenny or Derry. No-one else opened their mouth the whole game. That's why Mahon was so effective last season as he told players where they needed to be. Feel Derry would have the same effect.

Not a very nice comment. Yes he has had a bad time of it with injurys but please don't wish him to be injured. I think Neil Warnock will make him a decent defender and I definately think he is better than most fans give him credit for. Ok I know you are a Stewart fan but I think Hall has more attributes. All about opinions I guess.

First time I've agreed with you mate, think hall is a better center half than we give him credit for also

Hall was a liability at times last season. Centre defence is all about partnerships, and he doesn't seem to gel with anyone...

As for captain, it is hard for us to judge because we don't know the dynamics of the squad. From a distance, I'd say that out of our players last season only Mahon looked like a captain and he is injured.

Ramage is a must to start and should wear the armband.. Best CB i've seen in hoops for a long time. He always looked nervous running up and down the line - but that's how most people remember him. Give him a run at CB with the armband. He could be a true LR Legend in time!
