Only when it came to a direct comparison, we totally dominated you, as all Rangers fans expected.

Considering how much better your players are according to you, it looks as if you were mistaken again.

Paul Hart, George Burley, better managers than Warnock? You are funny. Are you Michael McIntyre by any chance?

Hence why you keep going into ADMINISTRATION.

If you had sold players and paid your bills like most other clubs do, then apart from making life easier for your unfortunate creditors who admittedly were somewhat foolish to allow a club like Crystal Palace credit, then you would not have gone into administration, and could have held your heads high, albeit from a lower division which is actually the one you would be most suited to based upon your history and financial status.

Even to this day, you are relying on getting the ground "on the cheap" at the expense of others. How you can have any pride in anything at all relating to your club bemuses me completely.
    I am talking about CURRENTLY.

CURRENTLY, we need to sell nobody.

Every few years, a big player comes along. E.g. Moses, or Andy Johnson.

These players - admin permitting - normally sell for a lot of money.

AJ went for £8.5 Million; Moses would have done similar.

These massive saleskeep our club afloat, and always have done.

To suggest that when we are at our most financially stable point in YEARS, we actually need to SELL our 4 best players - who don't want to leave - to survive is ridiculous. Surely you can see that this would make no business sense?

You tried to get our best player "on the cheap" because we were in Administration. We tried to get the best deal for the club with regards to the ground; which we did. It was a great result for the club.

Are you saying that if there was a mansion on your road for £500, you wouldn't buy it, and you'd actually offer closer to its real value?

    Of course not.[/QUOTE]

You appear to be digging an even bigger hole for yourself with every subsequent post.

If as you say, your players were worth anything like the amounts you seem to think they were,(God only knows why, considering the levels of success they brought you), then you should have sold them, paid your bills and bought your ground. You would then not have had to pay the rent which eventually led to administration and the threat of extinction. You didn't do that, preferring to think that you could achieve on the field success, bless you.

You could have then been a stable football club, but no, the powers that be chose the risky route which backfired.

Are you seriously suggesting that your new owners have either the financial clout to turn things around, or have learned anything at all from past mistakes? Because if they have learned anything at all, it should be to sell whatever assets you have whilst they still have any value at all as opposed to waiting for them to be worthless again, whilst still not owning the ground, which as we all know leads to one inevitable outcome. Hopefully, next time you get what your disregard for business acumen and a sense of responsibility to others deserve. And when that happens, please don't come here looking for sympathy, once again.

A loyal person would want to reward that. Honestly, you will never meet a nicer bloke than Speroni. He really is worshipped by Palace fans, because he's not only a great 'keeper, but he really does care about the club.

He's never caught doing things he shouldn't, he's just a normal guy, with an exceptional talent. He's not showing a lack of ambition - he's just got his feet on the ground.

I'm sure if Man United wanted to make him their first choice keeper, he'd go. But for a championship / low prem club? No way.

But lets face it, be honest he aint going nowhere with you is he, if he has a family to support then there is something wrong with him, nice guy but the lift dont go all the way to the penthouse.

Even a low prem club would enable him to test himself in the prem and earn a lot more money, short career and all that.

We were in debt, because we didn't own our ground. Jordan ****ed up, and told us he owned the ground, when he didn't.

We were paying about £2 Million of rent every season for it.

Eventually, Jordan was falling behind on payments, so he took out a loan from a company called Agilo (The same one that put Land of Leather out of business). This company were actually ruthless loan sharks, and put us into administration when they were worried that they wouldn't get it all back.

In fact, our academy kept us alive during administration. Without it, we'd never have been able to sell our most valuable player; and the club would have folded months before it was saved.

The money we paid you for Warnock helped to keep you going as well.

All this cr#p about he loves the club,we dont want to sell,we dont need to sell,he aint going nowhere, winds me up,c'mon you know as well as i do that players are not loyal, its a job and a short lived one at that, chairmen are swayed at the money thats put in front of them,i would never, ever rule out players leaving at any club let alone Palace.it's a fact of life and at any time players can leave,so just enjoy them while you have them,no player gives a flying f##k as long as they earn a really good wage,it's only the fans that have an alligiance and we do all like to think that players do as well, but sadly,we all know deep down that isnt the case !!!!

Seriously. Are you incapable of understanding anything?

£5 Million for a young defender who is currently with england u-19's, who will almost certainly play for the England full team.

That would be a bargain for Birmingham.

When you consider the two defenders who left the Championship a while ago for £9m in total, you can put Clyne's potential into perspective.

    My god you are gullible.
