Platt scored that goal and had a good scoring record for england but was massivly over-rated.....gerrard to replace him....other than that no-other player comes close.....that was the real golden generation and we never realised it at the time!!!

Over Stuart Pearce, no chance. Cole may be technically better but Pearce was still a superb LB and go down in memory as an all time great, everyone will just say Cole was a ****.

                  disagree facto.

We didn't blend and play well but I still think you might have well class the argies as #### as they lost 4-0 whereas atleast we scored 2 goals!
I played sunday league football today.

Clearly I was the best player on the pitch.

I scored 5 and made 7 last ditch tackles.

We lost 5-0 but the rest of my team were sh it!

Platt scored consistently from Midfield for England, actually me and my mate used to hate him coz we disliked him but he always scored!,

Cashley is top class he would get in , apart from that, all the 90 boys are better, as are the 96 boys, our team now is definately worse, and the youngsters look even worse than them coming through :(

Maybe you should google that word.

How is it irrelevant it highlights what a blood y good team the Germans are!

Us and Argies are full of big names but neither sides play as a team.
The Germans have been the best side in the comp.

They got stuffed and outplayed 4-0.

Went missing just like the england team.

                            Germany made then average.
You missed out there best player in Mascherano who was the only player that could hold his head high.

worst england team in memory and its only going to get a whole lot worse before it gets better in my honest opinion.
