Does look like we are not going to be spending that much if Clarke, Hill and Mackie are a sign of things to come.

benny i am like you i do hold alot of optimism for next season and i really trust warnock.but leon clarke isnt good enough for this league.if its only for back up or as a squad player than fair enough but as part of a starting 11 looking promotion my nan could do a better job and shes 101

WE will have to have a 95 man squad before Clarke becomes good back up. He has to be so far down the queue he is backing up a useless ****. Sorry - this is a poor signing. No getting away from that. All at Rangers know it better than anyone else probably. Except Warnock it seems. This is a real disappointment. I will need to see the front line choices sorted and for them to be dead impressive before we see any silver lining from this poor poor signal

If NW signed a one legged blind man,you would probably say the same,im afraid if Leon Clarke is signed this board will go crazy and no amount of "we have a proper manager now,trust him"will make any difference.

Matthew he's hardly messi i understand, but even if we signed him you would moan.

My opinion is that he isnt the best but Warnock is building a squad, he will be a decent squad player and he is free. I still have faith in the summer ahead and i wont get out my pram...That money we hoped we would spend is still there, just because weve taken up the option of clarke doesnt mean we wont still be going for hooper, speroni, ambrose etc etc...

Oh and before the news hits, when hill signs my opinion on him will be the same as clarke.

Please tell me how a Sheffield Wednesday team Relegated into league one, have managed to flog us a bit part striker.. He wasnt even 1st choice there. So how the hell can we justify he is good enough even for back up for us!!!
