haha, i knew everyone would go mad.

Trust warnock, he did warn some of the signings might be a little out of left field, but in his interview he asked the fans to show faith.

With just 18 goals in 83 games in last 3 years,we've got to have an awful lot of faith to be happy with this one.Black and 6'2" are the only comparisons with Beckford.Hooper,Maynard and/or Lambert,where are you when we need you?

I cannot see this guy getting 15-20 goals a season, might has well kept Priskin.

The only crumb of comfort I can take is that the so called better players do tend to come a bit later on, in June/July time.

I'm guessing the board think Warnock can work miracles on a shoestring budget, as it seriously looks like we are still not splashing the cash

Not bothered if they are from relegated teams as long as they are good.

Joe Lewis is an under 21 international. Boyd scored quite a few goals in this division for Posh. Tudgay knows how to score at this level.

Burgess, Omerod, Taylor-Fletcher, Campbell - hardly the players to get the pulses racing but as part of a team they have been superb this season.

is this one a definate? Cannot understand it at all. maybe we are all jumping at this too far, but why all the talk of promotion, and then signing these kind of players? Can only think there are better strikers to come?
