HA9,
I really do not know why I bother with you as you would argue that black is white if it suited you. I do not know you and I'm farily happy with that as you clearly have trouble grasping basics.
At least Pete tries to answer questions when he replies (although he chooses not to answer many, many questions). You, on the other hand, just post the same tripe again and again.
Now, I thought about actually researching a bit to quote clubs of our size turning in a profit, because I'm sure that there are a few out there, but I can't be bothered and you areComment

You thought about researching it then like a lightning bolt realised the research would turn up nothing so decided against it?

I don't know why I am bothering to reply to HA9 as he would argue black is white if it suited him, but here goes...
If I could be bothered, I would be able to identify one or two clubs 'of our size' turning in a profit, but I can't. Also, you are spot on, not many clubs of our size do turn a profit as every club in the land is over-stretching themselves to try to keep up with Sky's Promised Land.
However, as always seems to be the case with you (and the other Spinmasters on here), either you are missing the point or as is more likely, you are ignoring the point.
Everyone is losing money, but why would anyone try to spin it by pointing out that its all OK as the Football Club made a profit? My point was that the two cannot be separated and if the net balance of the holding company and the football club shows a massive deficiency, then we are in trouble.
Yes, we were in trouble before the new board came in, but you lot would have us believe that their spend is OK because they have invested it in the club. Clearly, the accounts show that they have not invested, but have loaned us the money for the failed player recruiting strategy over the last few seasons. We are now in more debt that when they first got here.
Further, and more worryingly if you actually put some of your 'intelligence' to the problem, you'd see that the headline is clear - our liabilities now exceed the company's value. In short, we are now technically insolvent.
Yes, that is only relevant if we lost our owners somehow, but it is a massive point and one that I get sick of you and others making light of it. Further, I am sick of you and others trying to tell us how wrong we are simply because we do not agree with you.
I have read the board wars quite a lot over the last few years, but kept well out of it, but this thread shows exactly how devisive some individuals like you can be. You are responding to everyone on this thread who has a different opinion from you and, quite frankly, making little sense with your replies. Just because every other club in football is on the road to ruin does NOT make it ok that we are. Having rich owners means nothing unless they are willing to fund some of these losses themselves; if they simply continue to loan us money, when they get bored or fail (like Briatore did), we will no longer be a going concern and it will be goodbye QPR.
Honestly, I just do not see how you choose to ignore that simple fact.
I have to stop getting caught into these threads; I really haven't got the time or energy to waste...Last edited by davman; 05-03-2010, 10:38 AM.Comment

For someone with such a high iq, you do come accross as being painfully dumb.Oldhead have u read the accounts in full like i have
Clearly you have only read the attention seeking accounts of the usual suspects
the accounts clearly show we turned s profit of half a million last year, i know if doesnt suit your agenda to hear that but its in black and white for all to see
You need to leave that pipe alone son :-)Comment
