why would good managers be out of work?

It happens from time to time but in Dowies case no one has really shown an interest and the only job he has really tbeen linked with is coming back to us.

The man is damaged goods.

The only reason Dowie has a good win ratio is because they sacked him before the rot set in.

With the exception of Paul Hart for obvious reasons Dowie was the only manager I was glad to see the back off and if he comes back I think renewing my ST would be unlikely.
