Great to see Stoke losing at home to Hull. It keeps second place in touching distance, if we're good enough to pick up the points. Such a close season and most teams are looking up hoping they can maintain a steak of wins.

We won two in November. Two wins per month = keeping in touch.
The only fly in the ointment is pooing our nappies every time we have a game to win that will put us in top 6 (we'd be 4th if we won today so of course we totally freeze and play like tarts).Comment

Into the Top 6 and has to give the squad a huge lift. See what we can do if we're on the front foot pressing instead of walking football.

Don't want the team to start feeling the pressure now they're in a play-off position. Just want them to work hard and enjoy their football on a match by match basis and then the table position will look after itself.Comment

From FB:
"QPR Championship position on this day
2023 – 22nd with 19 points
2024 – 20th with 18 points
2025 – 6th with 31 points
Julien Stephan has his critics, but this progression is undeniable".Last edited by SheepRanger; 11-12-2025, 03:32 PM.Comment

He'll need to avoid "season of two halves" syndrome that has plagued us for years... strong start and weak finish or weak start and strong finish - we haven't been able to put a solid/consistent 46-game run together in ONE season for yonks.Comment

We started the Xmas fixtures one point off 6th place. One point from six later and we're only two points worse off!!
What a weak league this is, yet we still struggle to get into that top 6.
We are consistently inconsistent!!!Comment
