I know the kit is nowhere near as important as personnel but couldn't someone raise this at a fans forum? I'm guessing at least 90% of fans would prefer Dennis the Menace over the pink monstrosity and Celtic's colours. Last season's 2nd and 3rd kits were poor as well. There is money, albeit not that much, in shirt sales surely?Originally posted by cross it Dave View PostDennis the Menace, today and forever.

I think too much is made of shirt "clashes" and the requirement to change seems a bit nebulous and flip-flops randomly. For instance, I've deffo seen instances of games between Newcastle, Sunderland, Wednesday, Blades and Stoke where they all stuck to their stripes.Originally posted by LordLoftus View PostI wonder whose kits clash with our first and second strip but it leaves our third kit as the viable option.
Some team out there dressed in blue and pink as their primary kit that I'm not thinking of?
I reckon we could easily play Wednesday and Stoke and not change shirt. I honestly reckon we coukd get away with playing likes of Birmingham, Leicester and Ipswich without going pink but fair do's if we have to. Millwall's very dark blue nowhere near clashes with our hoops. I don't think the hoops clash with PNE, Derby and Swans, I dunno why but I think the hoops stand out more compared to an all white shirt than an all blue shirt. BUT... the pinky gets us out of EVERY clash - we do not need a green/white 3rd kit.
One clash I see regularly but nobody seems to care is goalies and refs clashing. Literally both wearing say, yellow.

The great goalkeepers of the past always wore green, if it’s good enough for Phil Parkes and David Seaman then it’s good enough for them.Originally posted by Abseits View Post

I have supported Rangers for 55 seasons, since March 1969.

Rangers first adopted green and white in 1892, and this season marks 100 years since those colours last represented the club. Club historian Chris Guy commented: "This design marks an important milestone in celebrating our club’s history. The period between 1892 and 1926, during which these colours were worn, was an important chapter in our proud heritage."Originally posted by Darkranger View PostMuch better than the pink away kit. I quite like it, shame it looks like Celtic. As I recall we did have a similar version a number of years ago.
