Great player, who's committed to a club and fans who appreciate his effort and ability.
I'll look forward to seeing him in the blue and white hoops again next season.

I don't know if Jimmy is vocal enough to help the players be in the right position. But I guess there is one way to find out.

Always thought it should be a more defensive minded midfielder or CB tbh.

I heard Pep talking about how he uses several experienced/important players as his "Leadership Group" and doesn't really care about a Captain. He recognises that procedurally he has to name a captain on matchdays cos they have certain roles to carry out, such as the toss and some leeway to approach the ref, but neither he nor his squad ascribe much importance to the role. I suppose that's the way the game is going.

Maybe it just fans who focus on who's got the armband nowadays?
