I've got a busy few days ahead, so setting this up early.

Sunderland are in fourth place and can't move from that place, whatever the result. Im expecting them to put a weakened side out to rest their key players for the play offs.

I'm still expecting a defeat, but would prefer to see the younger players start in a game that will likely resemble a training session. Just bench the out of contract players because they've done their bit.

After the weekends debacle they could play u9s and win fully expect another capitualtion

send some of the kids out see whos got what and use it as pre pre season run out with those that will be at the club next season

Not sure I've fully recovered from the turgid 0-0 I saw there last season. Was 0-0 at our gaff this season wasn't it? Blow me, both sides would probably agree to phone in another 0-0 right now and spend day sunbathing instead.
It's gonna be 0-0 again isn't it!?

Will be interesting to see how much of Cifuentes' playbook BeCalm (see what I did there..) dump or use I suppose....

Is anyone actually going? I'm getting this perverse urge to go but if there's just gonna be a few hundred of us stuck up in that top tier corner it could be very flat and dull if the team are in flip-flop mode (and let's face it, they will be won't they).

It's a 2 way thing for me , if I see the players giving it their all I will do my best to attend .
Spent too much money , travelled too many miles this season watching games where if we had put more effort in we could of come away with something.

Finally we decided to drop paal. Hopefully the Brazilian gets 5 mins. Just to give him the experience. Just basics like having a few touches in this league up against grown men. Nice to see Murphy on the bench again.

Not sure how ashby gets a start. Lack of options I suppose. cmon lads. Give us something to feel optimistic about heading into the summer. Good luck to Xavi and Kevin today.
