Surely an emergency recall is needed.
Imagine the scenario where we go down, could have recalled our only fit striker who is scoring on a regular basis, but chose not to.
Good luck explaining that to your loyal fan base mr Nourry.

Another two goals this evening. Twenty one goals scored so far, yet, some still doubt him.

What about the lad Kone at Wycombe too?
He's leading the L1 scoring table and is 21ys. At 6ft I'm sure he could lead the line and will have one year left on his contract in the summer.
Frey & Kone could fight it for the one striker role when it's going to be a battle, and Kelman & Kolli the smaller more agile players.
We paid circa £1.5m for Celar and surely what we can chop him in for would get Kone?

Proper fox in the box. Not a big boy just a pain for defenses. Reminds me of a certain Kevin Phillips

I had high hopes when he joined us. Didn't work out. For me, his future lies elsewhere. Doing well, good luck to him.

Isn't he American? USA are having a nightmare under Pochetino currently. The players are getting the flak though, being deemed lazy due to the 1st XI being settled for 4 or 5 years. There are calls for new blood to be given a chance.
Be interesting if Kelman's L1 exploits got him a call up. Outside chance that his stock/value could hit a high this summer if we were to flog him.

He's not a lone striker so if there's some value there get him sold to avoid seeing leave on a free further down the line.

He will be on the bench so he's wasting his career with us. Good luck to him if he can get a good contract at a decent club.
Marti will need to have a very good look at him and see whether Lloyd needs to go out on loan.
Some players thrive by playing regularly and Kelman may be one of them. He won't be a starter for us as a loan striker so you say.
Perhaps we can get £500k and a 25% sell on for him from a top L1 club?

Difficult to see a great outcome now we have let a player get to their last year of contract (assuming he's our until 2026)... in no particular order I reckon these are the possible scenarios:
1) He signs a 2-yr extension and tears up The Championship for us.
2) He won't sign an extension, goes out on loan again next season. Then leaves.
3) He won't sign an extension, but we manage to get a moderate 6 figure sum for him over the summer.
4) He wont sign an extension, becomes a piece of deadwood at the club for 12 months. Then leaves.
5) He won't sign an extension, does very well for us next season. Then leaves.
I literally have no idea which one will pan out.
