I would rather get point deduction next year. So YES break the bank sack him the earlier the better.
I can not see us winning a game with him in charge.

There are a lot of good managers in L1/L2 who never get a break. Nigel Clough has managed Derby and Burton. Hes now manager of Mansfield they have qualified for the playoffs 2 or 3 seasons now. Richie Wellens manager of Leyton Orient promoted to L1 this year, was quite succesful at both Salford and Swindon town. Ian Ewatt is doing a good job at Bolton got them promoted from L2 and are one of the favourites to get promoted to the championship. Paul Simpson former England U-19 manager who got Carlisle promoted to L1 this year. There are many names that are more exiting than GA but the board made an easy job for themselves. GA has not developed anything look at how Wycombe.W was playing and he was manager there for 10 years. Is that what we want for QPR in the future?

We can’t afford to sack him and his back room staff and hire another lot.

Well it would be a lot cheaper then going down in L1 and losing 6 or 7 millions in revenue.

Fair point - How many managers are we already still paying off?

Who says another management team would do any better with this side. You can’t polish a turd.

So your point is it does not matter who the manager is? Those managers i named have polished a turd.

Yes that is true for example Steven Schumacher manager of last year L1 champions Plymouth, they will leave us long behind they will have no problem securing the place in the championship. He is a good manager and they have a plan. Gareth Ainsworth was manager for Wycombe for 10 years nobody wanted him except US! Gareth Ainsworth is one of the worst managers in the EFL he has an old and outdated playing philosophy that will not bring QPR forward.

I think the majority of fans, want GA gone, pre season was a disaster, two wins one against a amateur team and the other the Reading youth team. We lost 5 nil to Oxford a div 1 team and we were shocking, GA tells us all after the game, don't worry, I will have them ready for Watford.

I did not go yesterday, so have only seen the match on TV, no defending what's so ever, no tactics and no plan. 4 shots and one on target the whole game. Our best player left on the bench, along with Richards who cost 1M.

We were lucky we lost only by 4, rather than 7 or eight. His interview after the game was an embrassment and an insult to any fan who spent good money going to Watford.

I gave him to the beginning of Sept before he got sacked but frankly, I don't think he will last that long. He is so bad, he makes Ramsey look good.

Yes, the club may not be able to afford to to sack them, but they can't afford to keep him either.

Not that it makes any difference whatsoever to the current FFP situation Richards transfer fee was rumoured to be £400k according to the Brighton forum at the time of his transfer.

He's our second highest earner I believe and hardly ever starts, JCS and Albert are also top earners and Dozzell amazingly also, I think high salaries for bit part players is our problem.

Would agree, the club have not got value for money with any of the players mentioned. I would also naturally assume Dykes would be amongst the top earners now after agreeing an extension.
